Missing rewards
When integrations are enabled, missing reward requests should include the account email, approximate date, partner name if visible, offer or survey name, and non-sensitive screenshots.
Risk review
Questions about account limits, security review, or identity review can be sent to support. Never send passwords, session cookies, tokens, private keys, or provider secrets.
Data not to send
Do not send secrets. Never transmit a password, seed phrase, private key, token, session cookie, provider secret, or unnecessary sensitive document by email.
